Refund & Returns Policy

At Rick Simpson Extracts, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or return, subject to the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used products
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Products purchased during promotions or sales (unless specified)

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@ricksimpsonextracts.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide you with return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@ricksimpsonextracts.com. We may request photos of the damaged item, and we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund.

6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
